When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and password (stored as a secure hash). When you link your RuneMate or Discord account, we store the associated identifiers needed to provide our services.
We automatically collect bot session data (session duration, bot name, start/end times, and performance metrics) submitted by RuneMate bots you operate. We also collect basic usage data such as pages visited and features used.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the Hexis Dashboard service
- To display your session history, metrics, and leaderboard rankings
- To authenticate your identity and secure your account
- To send verification emails and account notifications
- To improve our service and fix bugs
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Your leaderboard username and runtime statistics are visible to other users on the public leaderboard. We may share data with service providers that help us operate the platform (e.g., AWS for hosting, Cognito for authentication).
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on AWS infrastructure in the US East (Virginia) region. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest for sensitive data. Passwords are never stored in plaintext. We implement industry-standard security practices including multi-factor authentication support.

- Access your account data through the dashboard
- Update your profile and display name
- Unlink your RuneMate or Discord accounts at any time
- Request account deletion through your account settings

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
