By creating an account or using Hexis Dashboard ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Hexis provides a dashboard for monitoring and analyzing RuneMate bot sessions. The Service includes session tracking, performance analytics, leaderboards, and account management features.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must not share your account with others
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- One account per person; duplicate accounts may be removed
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Submit false or misleading data
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
- Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service
5. Leaderboard and Public Data
By using the Service, you acknowledge that your display name and aggregated runtime statistics may be visible on public leaderboards. You can opt out by deleting your account.
6. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or negatively impact other users. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Use the Service at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hexis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the dashboard.
